Inside Sales Account Manager for the Commercial Business Sales unit will be responsible for executing sales operational directives to meet and exceed sales goals. We seek someone with experience in customer sales support and a passion for advancing their career. This role requires 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in a B2B role. The responsibilities include meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.

Working on the Account Manager team at 8x8 offers a compelling opportunity for sales professionals with a proven track record of upselling and generating referrals in technology or telecom sales.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed individual monthly quotas.
Implement best sales practices and techniques as provided by management.
Make an average of 60 phone calls per day.
Develop and manage relationships within our SMB market segment (50-500 employee companies) to create satisfied, reference-able, and referring customers.
Achieve up-sell goals by educating customers on our suite of applications and services.
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement using
Demonstrate products via the Web.

Qualifications

Ability to work a territory methodically.
2+ years of quota-carrying B2B account management or sales experience (preferably in Telecom, Internet, Technology, SaaS, or VoIP).
Previous inside sales experience preferred.
Sales methodology training desired.
Excellent communication skills.
Positive mindset and ability to multi-task.
Effective time management skills.
College degree recommended.
