Mortgage & Protection Adviser (Full-Time)Location: Sutton Coldfield Sector: Financial ServicesAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser seeking a role that offers a fantastic work/life balance. This position comes with full lead generation, comprehensive administrative and compliance support, ongoing professional development, and all necessary IT equipment provided.Key Responsibilities:• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice within an estate agency environment.• Generate and manage new business in a target-driven setting.• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients from a diverse range of backgrounds.• Collaborate effectively with estate agency colleagues to identify and maximise referral opportunities.• Maintain a high standard of compliance in line with FCA and Network regulations.• Manage cases through to completion with the support of a dedicated admin and case progression team.Candidate Profile:• Fully qualified with CeMAP or an industry-recognised equivalent.• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage sector.• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.Package:• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses (OTE £50k-£60k+).• Guaranteed monthly payments while building your pipeline (for up to 6 months).• Monday to Friday working hours only - no weekends.• Full support with leads, administration, compliance, and IT.
