What You'll Own

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

Define and execute a robust sales strategy for the UK aviation market
Identify and capitalise on emerging trends

Building Meaningful Partnerships

Cultivate and strengthen influential relationships across the sector
Represent AVIAREPS at key industry events and networking opportunities
Unlock international opportunities through global collaboration

Team Development & Culture

Inspire and develop a high-performing, results-oriented UK sales team
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous improvement
Champion professional growth that benefits everyone

Are you our perfect match? Your profile:

10+ years of success in aviation or travel industry leadership roles
Proven track record of turning strategy into measurable growth
Deep understanding of the UK aviation landscape (Irish market experience a plus)
A degree in business, aviation or related field - or equivalent experience
Excellent presentation and influencing skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic analysis tools
