Digitech is working in partnership with a globally renowned eCommerce company that is looking for a proactive and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join their team. This position plays a key role in sustaining and evolving the organisation's identity governance framework, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityNow and the integration of critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

SailPoint IdentityNow Support & Enhancement: Oversee the maintenance and development of the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, including life cycle event configuration, rule and policy adjustments, and connector management.
Application Onboarding: Drive the integration of new applications into SailPoint, from requirements gathering through to connector creation and comprehensive testing.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with stakeholders such as application owners, InfoSec, and IT Operations to optimise and secure access provisioning workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

Deep hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, particularly in areas such as connector development (eg, AD, Azure AD, Okta, Workday), rule/policy configuration, and managing life cycle events.
Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and Scripting to support application onboarding and automation initiatives.
Solid understanding of identity governance principles and relevant compliance standards (eg, SOX, ISO27001).
Strong collaborative mindset with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Desirable Experience

Familiarity with SaaS platforms, DevOps practices, and agile delivery methodologies is a plus
