You ll start with a 70% income split and a guaranteed income of £3,500 £5,000 per month for at least 6 months while you get established.

Guaranteed income while you get up and running
70/30 split in your favour on all income generated
25% ongoing passive income from wealth referrals
Freedom to grow and lead your own team as the division expands
