ABOUT THE ROLE

As an IT Support Engineer in the Enterprise IT department, you will work with a talented team of IT Engineers across multiple offices in Europe, North America, and South America to deliver the best IT experience to our employees.

You will gain hands-on experience with new technologies, cloud systems, and networking infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing and configuring new hardware for internal employees.
Being the first point of contact in your respective office location.
Resolving internal tickets using our Jira ticketing system.
Collaborating closely with other teams within the Enterprise IT department.
Maintaining the Asset inventory system to ensure accurate data of IT assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our successful candidate will possess the following:

Essential skills

Knowledge of different operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain and improve internal and employee-facing documentation.

Nice to have skills

Understanding of network principles and protocols.
Knowledge of cloud-based environments such as Google Admin and Azure.
