Simphony Hospitality Advisor

North Hospitality- Remote, US

One evening shift and one weekend shift per week required

What you'll be doing:

Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders, configure hardware, create Salesforce CRM Support Tickets and route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons as needed.
Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps.
Perform data entry and ensure information stored in Salesforce CRM is accurate and complete.
Filing and/or electronic storage of documents.
Assist team members in tracking all inventory, including RMAs.

What we need from you:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with Oracle Simphony required
Minimum one (1) year experience in technical customer service.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
General knowledge of computers.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or GoogleSuite

Hourly Range: $20.00- $28.00
