What Youll Do

Administer and analyze Yardi Investment Management software to uphold data accuracy and system integrity
Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify patterns, disparities, and daylight system improvements
Collaborate effectively between the Investments and Accounting teams to address financial system challenges and implement solutions
Develop and update financial reports to offer valuable insights to stakeholders
Aid in training staff on financial systems and processes
Stay abreast of financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in administering and analyzing Yardi Investment Management software; or something similar
Experience with financial system implementations
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools
