With our headquarters based in the UK and a workforce of over 1000 professionals worldwide, we are now seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as an IT apprentice.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support while working towards industry-recognised qualifications. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day IT operations, resolving technical issues, and helping users get the most from their technology.

Responsibilities:

Deliver first-line IT support by managing incidents and resolving tickets within agreed SLAs.
Assist with the setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance of hardware and software.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral issues.
Support the local network infrastructure, including switches, routers and wireless devices.
Maintain accurate asset and support documentation.
Collaborate with the wider IT team to support technology projects and continuous improvement.
Provide professional and friendly customer service to end users.

Desirable skills:

A strong interest in IT and a desire to grow your technical skills.
Basic understanding of computer systems, software and networking principles.
Strong problem-solving ability and initiative.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Working hours: 40 hours per week. Shifts will be rota-based working 8 hours per day over 5 days, covering 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday with one in every three weekend's (Saturday & Sunday) with two days off during the week.
