A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Wealth Adviser to step into an established client book, with full support and a smooth handover process. This position is ideal for someone who's already qualified, possibly through an academy route or with some experience in a self-employed setting but struggling to build a sustainable client base.

With one of the senior advisers retiring in six months, the firm is looking to bring someone on board in the next 3 months to ensure a full and seamless handover. You'll inherit a longstanding, loyal client bank with significant potential, and be backed by a team that values quality, service, and career progression.

Location: Ipswich (Hybrid/Office-Based)

Salary: Up to £60,000 Bonus & Validation Structure

Type: Full-Time, Employed Position

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing holistic financial planning to an established group of clients
Managing the transition of relationships from the outgoing adviser
Identifying opportunities for new business while maintaining a client-first approach
Ensuring all advice meets compliance and regulatory standards
Working closely with paraplanning and admin support to deliver a high-quality service

Ideal Candidate:

Diploma qualified (Level 4) with some advising experience
Recently through an academy or self-employed and looking for stability
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and ethical approach
Eager to grow and make the most of an inherited book
Well-organised, proactive, and driven to succeed in a structured environment

What You'll Receive:

Up to £60k basic salary
Client bank to inherit with full handover
Year 1 validation: 1x salary on new business income
Year 2 onward: 2x salary on new business income, plus
40% on anything over that threshold
10% bonus on ongoing income once 2x validation is achieved
