Lead the end-to-end transformation of European O2C processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with regional teams to identify challenges and implement tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal accounting policies.
Monitor progress against transformation goals and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Develop and document standardised workflows for O2C activities across European markets.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to upskill regional teams on new processes.
Utilise data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and track key performance indicators.
Provide expert advice on O2C processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Profile

A successful European O2C Transformation Owner should have:

Demonstrable experience in accounting or finance within a multinational organisation.
Proven expertise in transforming O2C processes or similar operations.
Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulatory requirements.
Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams across Europe.
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
