About the Role

We're hiring for our 2026 cohort of summer analysts. Analysts on the summer programme will receive training on interest rate derivatives and macroeconomic policy impact on the trading environment. The analysts will learn how to execute trades on behalf of our clients, understanding pricing best practices and engaging with market makers. They will also engage in trade discovery research, using our proprietary analytics software, and write-up trade ideas to be pitched to our clients. The working environment is fast-paced and collegial. The duration of the programme is for 2-3 months over summer, depending on candidates' availabilities. Ideal candidates will be graduating in June 2027.

Successful summer analysts could be offered a full-time job at the end of the programme.

Who you are

Educational background in economics, mathematics, engineering, or finance preferred, but not required .

Analytical and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.

Strong communicator, comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

Experience or interest in finance, economics, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.

Ideal candidates will be graduating in June 2027.
