About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the successful delivery of a large-scale, multi-stream data programme. This is a high-impact role requiring a strong blend of leadership, coordination, and agile delivery expertise, working across multiple teams, domains, and regions.

As the RTE, you will work closely with the Programme Manager and senior stakeholders to ensure all workstreams are aligned, risks are managed, and the programme vision is consistently maintained. You will be responsible for driving agile practices, facilitating key ceremonies, and enabling effective communication across a complex delivery landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, including Programme Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring alignment across diverse teams.
Coach Scrum Masters across domains and regions to achieve shared programme goals.
Define and track meaningful delivery metrics to ensure progress is transparent and data-driven.
Identify, track, and support the resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies across all streams.
Collaborate closely with the Programme Manager and Stream Leads to maintain delivery focus and strategic direction.
Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing environment across the programme.
Promote continuous improvement across agile teams, refining delivery practices and ceremonies.
Support the adoption of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles, driving consistency and value across the organisation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a large, complex Agile environment.
Strong knowledge of SAFe and experience applying agile practices at scale.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams, regions, and technical domains.
Skilled in identifying and resolving programme-level risks and interdependencies.
Background in data-focused or technology-led programmes is highly desirable.
