Junior IT Floorwalker - Entry-Level - £140 per day via Umbrella - 6 Month Contract - Onsite in Leeds - SCC Flex Contract

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to kickstart their career in IT support. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, supporting the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team and broader Back Office operations.

Your responsibilities as the Junior IT Floorwalker:

Provide onsite support to end users, assisting with basic IT queries and troubleshooting.
Act as a visible and approachable point of contact for IT-related issues on the floor.
Support the ITAM team with asset tracking, inventory updates, and general administrative tasks.
Collaborate with service desk and technical teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

As a successful Junior IT Floorwalker, you will have:

A keen interest in IT and a desire to build a career in technical support or service desk roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Some exposure to IT environments (eg, through education, internships, or personal projects) is desirable but not essential.
