Role: Mosaic Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Mosaic Consultant is required to support the delivery of enhancements to forms and workflow processes within the Mosaic case management system. This role requires strong hands-on experience with form building, workflow configuration, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Change Board, gathering and prioritising change requests in collaboration with service teams and system stakeholders.
Design, configure, and implement enhancements to forms, workflows, and processes within Mosaic.
Establish and lead a practitioner working group to ensure collaborative development and frontline user feedback.
Facilitate thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT), incorporating input from system users to validate changes.
Identify and document any training or support needs related to new configurations.
Provide training and mentorship to an internal team member, with the goal of transitioning them into a business analyst role.
Prepare comprehensive handover documentation and support a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
Provide regular progress updates and maintain detailed records of changes and decisions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mosaic Consultant, with a strong focus on form and workflow configuration.
Solid understanding of change control processes and stakeholder management.
Ability to lead UAT and ensure high levels of user engagement.
Experience mentoring or upskilling internal staff.
Excellent organisational, communication, and documentation skills.
