Overview:

We are looking for a Paid Search Manager with 3-5 years of recent, hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring deep platform expertise, analytical rigor, and a proactive approach to performance optimization. This role is ideal for someone currently in - or recently in - a paid search manager role at a digital agency or holding company.

You'll take ownership of the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search efforts across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive results that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft/Bing Ads platforms.
Own the day-to-day "hands-on keys" operations of campaign management, including keyword strategy, audience targeting, bid adjustments, and ad copy creation.
Monitor campaign pacing and budgets daily to ensure performance goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights and reporting for internal teams and client presentations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (such as strategy, analytics, and media) to integrate paid search into broader digital campaigns.
Identify opportunities for A/B testing, innovation, and performance improvement across campaigns.
Stay current on the latest search trends, platform updates, and paid media best practices.
Occasionally support adjacent channels such as YouTube, Google Display Network (GDN), or Shopping when needed.

Requirements:

3-5 years of recent, hands-on paid search experience, ideally in an agency or holding company environment.
Proven ability to manage paid search campaigns end-to-end, including campaign builds, optimizations, and performance analysis.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms - fluency is a must.
Deep understanding of SEM best practices, keyword research, match types, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
Proficiency with campaign management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Excel, Data Studio).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - for client-facing and internal presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Shopping Ads, GDN, or YouTube campaigns.
Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising certifications.
Experience collaborating within integrated digital marketing teams.
