A leading financial services institution is seeking a detail-oriented KYC/AML Analyst for a 3-month contract assignment with high potential for extension through 2026. In this role, the KMC/AML Analyst will be responsible for reviewing account opening documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for international private banking clients.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze account opening documents for new and existing clients
Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews for potential prospects and current clientele
Ensure compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and Risk Tolerance Statements
Review adverse media and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
Analyze complex international corporate structures, including corporations, fideicomisos, offshore trusts, companies, and partnerships
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all compliance documentation

Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant KYC/Compliance experience
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual (English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong understanding of KYC procedures and documentation requirements
Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations
Experience with international private banking account opening processes
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
