A leading investment fund with global multi-asset investments, requires an operations specialist for their compliance function. The role will be to ensure that the compliance function operates efficiently, with effective execution of compliance programs. The Operational Specialist will undertake capacity planning, process optimization and staff development planning to ensure the optimal allocation of resources. They will also be responsible for budgeting and cost optimisation and performance measurement.The role will require an excellent understanding of project management principles, the effective management of resources and the ability to collaborate with varied departments and management. Ideally candidates will have applied these skills within a compliance environment but other governance related or professional practices background, dealing with financial services will be accepted.
