Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, and performance testing for both new and existing functionalities.
- Review and provide guidance on test automation code, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Act as a technical expert on software testing frameworks, leading and mentoring other testers.
- Advocate for quality assurance best practices across agile product teams.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance, ensuring test failures are addressed promptly.
- Establish and implement software development policies to maintain quality standards across products.
- Provide strategic direction for software testing and ensure alignment with broader development objectives.
- Monitor and report on product stability and quality to stakeholders.
- Identify risks in testing processes and implement mitigation strategies.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration between development, testing, UX/UI, and DevOps teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ISTQB certification (Foundation level or higher).
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
- Proven experience in test planning, execution, and automation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, NUnit, xUnit).
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Azure DevOps.
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify, document, and track defects.
