Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases based on customer configuration guides to ensure NSO package functionality.
- Perform manual and automated network testing across Layer 2 (VLANs, L2 VPNs) and Layer 3 (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MP-VPNv4) configurations.
- Conduct ReactJS UI testing for IAP and execute IAP workflow tests.
- Troubleshoot network configurations and software issues.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide thought leadership, consultancy, and project management support.
- Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and best practices in network testing.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network testing.
- Experience with manual and automated testing (system, integration, performance, regression testing).
- Proficiency in Java or Python development.
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, and Postman.
- Database expertise in NoSQL and RDBMS (MongoDB, DocumentDB, Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience working in Scrum Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, and BitBucket.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications.
Desirable Skills:
- Telecom industry experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco NSO and Itential IAP.
- Experience with Temporal Technologies and Resource Domain & Element Management – IP Networks.
