Key Responsibilities:

Providing hardware support for laptops, desktops, tablets, docking stations/port replicators, printers, and MFDs.
Supporting Windows 10/11, Virtual Desktops, Active Directory, Antivirus, SCCM, InTune, Microsoft 365, and associated applications.
Troubleshooting corporate networks and infrastructure.
Supporting a wide range of desktop applications in a corporate environment and understanding their interactions with ICT systems.
Utilizing Windows deployment technologies.
Delivering proven desktop and application support.
Providing remote support where applicable.
Demonstrating a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of corporate networks and firewalls.
Experience supporting staff across varying ICT competency levels.
Knowledge of asset management and redundant IT equipment processes.
Familiarity with disk encryption software.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to manage a fast-paced, diverse workload.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on on-time task delivery.
ITIL V3 Foundation certification (preferred).

2-3 Months

Day rate:

£275PD - £335PD
