Senior Product Designer – Mobile (3-month contract)

A leading global live entertainment group is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its London-based digital team. The company operates 60+ venues across the UK, US and Germany and handles over 18 million ticket sales annually.
Role Overview
You’ll work within a cross-functional product team, reporting to the Head of Product Design, and play a key role in shaping the mobile app experience for audiences and entertainment producers. The role spans the full design lifecycle—research, ideation, UX/UI, prototyping and delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers and analysts to design user-centric mobile app experiences

Conduct and apply user research insights

Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specs

Contribute to and maintain the design system

Ensure accessibility and localisation standards are met

Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
-
5+ years’ experience in agile product design
-
End-to-end design of mobile apps (iOS & Android)

Skilled in user research, service design, prototyping, and interaction design

Strong understanding of accessibility and brand standards

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
