Interim Accountant Housing Sector (3 4 Month Contract) - Remote
Are you a finance professional with experience in the housing sector, ready to make an immediate impact? Our client a respected housing organisation is seeking an interim Accountant to provide essential short-term support during a busy financial period.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the completion of statutory accounts.
Support the setup of 2025/26 budget reporting frameworks.
Contribute to process improvement and development across finance operations.
Utilise knowledge of Component Accounting to support asset and depreciation reporting.
Work flexibly with various teams to meet tight deadlines.

What We re Looking For:

Previous finance experience within the housing sector is essential.
Immediate availability and ability to hit the ground running.
Knowledge of Open Accounts is highly desirable.
Ideally, an understanding of Component Accounting principles.
A resilient and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment.
Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs.
