An Addison Group client is looking for a contract Data Entry associate to join their team!
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality checks on youth applications to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and manage documentation, including timesheets and program activity logs.
• Enter data and generate reports related to youth placements.
• Resolve youth payment issues in coordination with JEVS staff.
• Compile and organize reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings with a focus on data collaboration.
• Support outreach and recruitment efforts for youth, both virtually and in person.
• Provide technical assistance to youth and families during the application process.
• Assist in the background check process for youth and supervisors.
• Coordinate clearance documentation support sessions.
• Help arrange logistical support services like transportation with JEVS staff.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable assisting youth and families with technical needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and digital tools (JotForm, DocuSign).
• Preferred: Experience in youth programs, customer service, or administrative roles.
