Job Description:
The Mailroom & Document Support Associate will assist with sorting, organizing, and distributing incoming paperwork and materials. This role plays an important part in keeping operations organized and efficient, especially when it comes to processing agent-related documents. You'll also support outgoing mail preparation and contribute to daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and organize incoming mail and agent documentation
- File and store paperwork on designated shelves for easy access
- Retrieve documents upon request for internal teams
- Assist with outgoing mail prep and other routine mailroom tasks
- Support general administrative functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Entry-level position; no specific experience required
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Comfortable performing repetitive and physical tasks (sorting, filing, moving documents)
- Able to follow directions and work independently
- Positive and team-oriented mindset
