LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a client, a leading provider of integrated IT infrastructure solutions that is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team. This is a contract position based in Chicago, IL. IT Deployment Specialist Responsibilities: - Assist in the enrollment of Chromebooks for K-12 institutions- Work as a team to process thousands of devices- Handle same-day laptop replacements as part of the depot support team, working alongside two highly skilled technicians- Execute white glove services for Chromebook configuration, packaging, and shipping- Support a large-scale 30,000-device refresh and break/fix project if awarded- Assist with monitor and laptop setup, configuration, racking, and shipping- Work in a structured rack-and-stack environment, ensuring proper device setup and deployment- Follow detailed processes to configure and re-rack devices, repeating the cycle efficiently IT Deployment Specialist Requirements: - Technical background preferred (hardware experience, Chromebook support, help desk experience)- Ability to follow structured deployment processes in a fast-paced environment- Previous experience in device imaging, configuration, and shipping logistics is a plus- Experience in large-scale IT rollouts, hardware refresh projects, or white glove IT services preferred Comfortable working with a mix of technicians, help desk professionals, and IT support personnel.If you have the experience listed above, possess a great attitude and are looking for an opportunity with an established employer, this is the role for you!
