Python Developer - Linux/Windows - ITIL - SC Cleared - Full time onsite - OUTSIDE IR35

One of our government clients is looking for an experienced Python Developer to join them for a 6 month contract. They are offering £560 per day OUTSIDE IR35.

Our client is based near Milton Keynes - commutable from Northampton, East Midlands, Bedford, Luton or Central London. As you will support a secret classification customer service with a high dependency on system access from site, this role will require 5 days onsite working per week.

This role is working in a Security Cleared environment. You will need to be SC or DV (developed vetting) cleared or eligible to undertake SC or DV Security Clearance.

Experience:

Extensive knowledge of Python programming language
Familiarity with Go or similar programming languages
Agile ITIL Foundation level/relevant experience
Woking in an ITIL Environment
Familiarity of common operating systems, such as Microsoft/Linux
Knowledge of database concepts, object and data modelling techniques and design principles and of database architectures, software and facilities
Substantial experience in relevant roles, including technologies in an enterprise environment

Linux/Ubuntu/Debian/Red Hat/Windows Server 2016 - 2022
SAN/Backup Storage
VMware platforms
TCP/IP Network Knowledge
