About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Delivery Manager to join our team on a temporary basis covering maternity leave for 9-12 months. This is a fully remote role with regular travel to London every two weeks. The successful candidate will lead the delivery and management of digital projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with the organisation's digital strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects and programmes, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Act as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Track, monitor, and report on project progress and programme performance.
Plan and coordinate recruitment activities related to digital project resourcing.
Take ownership of the digital strategy implementation within project delivery.
Manage and maintain digital plans to align with organisational goals.
Design and implement digital dashboards for tracking project and programme metrics.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects on track.
Ensure all digital delivery practices adhere to best standards and governance frameworks.

Experience & Skills Required:

Proven project management experience, preferably within digital or technology environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong experience in tracking and managing digital programmes and initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment planning and resource coordination.
Sound knowledge of digital strategy ownership and execution.
Experience designing, implementing, and managing digital dashboards or reporting tools.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
