- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment and clear communication of program goals and priorities.
- Champion a unified vision across internal and external teams, translating high-level strategy into actionable plans.
- Lead the coordination of multiple concurrent workstreams—including software development, systems integration, data migration and change management.
- Develop detailed plans and delivery frameworks that support a hybrid delivery model using both in-house and third-party/vendor teams.
- Manage day-to-day program activities, including timeline tracking, dependency management, resourcing, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accountability across all projects within the program, ensuring timely delivery of scope, schedule, and budget targets.
- Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Serve as the central point of contact for program updates, decisions, and escalations.
- Facilitate regular program status meetings with leadership, key stakeholders, and vendor partners.
- Deliver executive-level briefings, dashboards, and reports on program health, performance, and key decisions.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure alignment with program objectives and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate with technical and business partners to integrate vendor-delivered components with internal systems and processes.
- Collaborate with business units to drive user readiness, communication, and training plans across the organization.
- Ensure that technology implementation is supported by strong adoption strategies and post-launch support mechanisms.
- Promote the use of program and project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Continuously assess and improve delivery models, team performance, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
