Role: Payroll Analyst

Hiring Type: Contract – 3 Months+

Location: Washington DC

Office Schedule: 2 days in office (consider remote after training)

Pay: 33-37

Our client, a well known Hospital, is looking for a Payroll Analyst due to project base work. Estimated length is 3 months, but likely the chance could go longer.

Requirements

·Min of 5 years of experience processing payroll for 1k+ people

·Experience doing Payroll for a LARGE, complex or multi entity

·Recent End to end payroll processing

·Bank reconciliations

Job Description:

·Participate in biweekly payroll processes related to the UKG Time and Attendance System

·Support the UKG system in the areas of integration review and administration, advanced scheduling, maintenance of cross reference tables, training, and error management.

·Also communicate with IT for access management, management of downtime events, new releases and application upgrades, and technical support for biweekly payroll

·Provide customer service support to employees and department managers to resolve payroll related problems or inquiries

·Ensure payroll related compliance with union collective bargaining agreement (CBA)

·Review, process and input employee tuition reimbursement requests, employee relocation allowances, retroactive pay adjustments, employee deduction refunds and other miscellaneous payroll transactions

·Assist with bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly Federal and State tax payments and filings

·distribution of funds and payroll
