We’re on the hunt for a Paid Social Executive to join a high-performing digital media team working with globally recognised clients in music, wellness, tech, and beyond.
This is a 12-month freelance contract starting ASAP, fully remote, but you must have the right to work in, Spain, or Portugal.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting senior team members on live paid media campaigns.
- Hands-on setup, optimisation and reporting of campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
- Building dashboards, analysing performance and contributing to strategy discussions.
- Getting under the skin of high-consideration brands and complex buying journeys.
- Collaborating with a fully remote, pan-European team on exciting client accounts.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with 1+ years of experience running paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta and TikTok.
- A sharp thinker who blends analytical insight with creative flair.
- Experience of working in an agency setting, ideally a smaller agency.
- A curious, inquisitive person who enjoys solving complex challenges.
- A positive, collaborative personality who thrives in a remote, international culture.
