You will work for a fast-growing luxury international fashion brand with stunning offices located in East London.

Your new role
This is a sole charge Accounts Payable job in which you will undertake end-to-end responsibilities related to AP including (but not limited to):

Processing and coding circa 100 supplier invoices per day, paying particular attention to ensuring the correct tax application for foreign currency invoices
Preparation and execution of nine weekly payment runs, in multiple currencies (GBP, EUR, USD)
Supplier statement reconciliation
Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
Investigation and resolution of supplier queries
Assisting with month-end close
Management of aged payables
Working closely with other internal teams to improve invoice processing timelines and efficiencies
Providing support for internal and external audits
Ongoing process improvement/streamlining

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will evidence recent, relevant experience working in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role (ideally within a sole charge capacity).
Relevant industry experience within the Retail/FMCG sector is essential.
French language skills are highly desirable.
Multi-currency experience highly advantageous
Previous experience and desire to be involved in ongoing process streamlining in order to improve efficiencies
