Role Overview: The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist focuses on improving the effectiveness of the organization's digital platforms by boosting the number of visitors who take key actions or become customers. This role blends data analysis, user behavior research, and testing strategies to refine the user experience and drive better performance across the company’s online channels. Key Responsibilities: CRO Strategy & Execution Develop and implement CRO strategies that support overall business objectives. Use data analysis and user behavior insights to pinpoint bottlenecks and uncover opportunities to boost conversions. Plan and run A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and personalized user experience campaigns to enhance performance. Analytics & Insights Configure, maintain, and audit CRO tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hotjar, Mixpanel, and similar platforms. Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover actionable insights that drive optimization. Build dashboards and reports to clearly present performance metrics and testing outcomes to key stakeholders. UX & Digital Optimization Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and content teams to implement test variations and improvements. Suggest improvements to site structure, navigation, and content layout to enhance user experience and drive higher conversion rates. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with digital marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure CRO strategies align with wider digital goals. Contribute to optimizing campaign landing pages and improving overall funnel performance. Qualifications & Experience: Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Analytics or UX/UI Design) are strongly valued. A Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus but not required, if equivalent experience and credentials are demonstrated. 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, digital analytics, or digital marketing optimization. Proven track record of improving conversion rates and user engagement through testing and optimization. Technical Skills & Tools Mandatory Proficiency In: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Hotjar (or similar behavior analytics tools) Mixpanel (or similar product analytics platforms) A/B testing platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) Tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) Working Knowledge Of: HTML/CSS basics (for test implementation) UX principles and user journey mapping Digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, SEM, email, social) Key Competencies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
