Program Managers possess a strong program management background. They have excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience leading medium to large programs. They have solid experience assessing business needs, developing the implementation strategy, and leading end-to-end activities. They work closely with people of diverse functional backgrounds and participate in every phase of the program lifecycle from initiation to handover to operations.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a dedicated workstream within a large cross-functional program. This workstream will be focused on mapping out the 'to be' E2E business processes and data lineage across the Accommodation Business Unit, Fintech & Finance. Subsequently, focus will shift to critically reviewing the mapping to ensure optimal design of the 'to be' processes and data lineage with clear ownership and responsibility amongst teams. As the final step, there will be a full risk assessment performed of the 'to be' processes and data lineage with appropriate mitigating controls implemented.

A hands-on approach will be required to document the E2E business processes and data lineage along with the risk assessment and mitigation process.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end program management: Lead independently E2E complex program workstreams from initiation to completion.
Program initiation and planning: Drive the program scoping and planning, working with different teams and creating associated documentation. Define and document program objectives, requirements, success criteria, KPIs, roadmap/E2E planning, risks and dependencies, cost estimates, and overall deliverables.
Program implementation and completion: Execute the program plan, ensuring objectives are met on time. Ensure seamless Go-Live and smooth handover to operations. Track and report progress, identify risks/issues/dependencies, and create mitigation plans.
Program governance: Design and implement governance structures to ensure accountability, efficient communication, and decision-making. Identify synergies and risks across projects and elevate them when needed.
Delivery/impact: Drive the successful delivery of large business initiatives that bring significant value. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Stakeholder management: Act as the primary point of contact for program-related queries. Maintain engagement with geographically diverse stakeholders through various communication channels. Work effectively with stakeholders up to Sr Director level.
Success metrics: Define and measure the success metrics of the program(s).
Facilitator: Independently lead workshops to support program delivery.

Knowledge and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 8+ years of relevant job knowledge.

Special Knowledge/Skills Requirements

Strong project management experience with various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMI/Prince2, LEAN).
Solid business understanding and ability to use data for decision-making.
Experience in change management at the program level.
Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized and structured.
Ability to lead, motivate, and influence stakeholders and teams.
Creative and adaptable in dynamic environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.
Ensure program outcomes align with customer needs and expectations.
