Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - sought by leading firm based in Belfast - Contract - Hybrid

*Inside iR35 - umbrella*

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and HR partners to design and execute recruitment strategies.

What You'll Do

Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Own end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level IT/tech roles
Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices
Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes

What You Bring

Proven experience recruiting in IT/tech, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment
Deep understanding of tech roles, skills, and market trends
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for excellence
