Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour - Secret $29.00 / Hour - Top Secret $38.38 / Hour - Yankee White Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats within an aerospace and defense environment. Carry and maintain proficiency with assigned firearms in accordance with company and site-specific requirements. Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points. Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site procedures. What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: You must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. You must possess a valid Level III Armed Certification for Texas. You must have an active Department of Defense Clearance. You must have a valid Texas Armed Security Professional License. You must have a valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only. Must provide Education background. Must provide 3 years of Employment History. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
