Title: Project Manager II

Location: Plymouth, MN USA

Duration: 12 Months | 100% Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead and oversee small to large-scale business-focused projects (non-IT). The role involves managing all aspects of one or more complex, mission-critical projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution from initiation through completion.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Coordinate with project sponsors, business units, and end users to align project goals with organizational priorities.
Implement and manage project plans, processes, tools, and reporting structures.
Assign and guide team members to meet project milestones, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
Proactively monitor project progress and risks, providing expert guidance and resolution as needed.
Regularly report project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

7+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on business operations and non-IT initiatives.
Proven ability to manage multi-dimensional projects involving various departments.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and project management best practices.
