Job Description

Join a highly respected precision machining company that specializes in the manufacturing and rebuilding of Babbit-lined bearings. As a CNC Programmer, you ll be responsible for programming, setting up and optimizing Mazak lathes using Mazatrol controls in a hands-on, high-precision environment.

Responsibilities:

Program and edit CNC Mazak lathes using Mazatrol
Review and optimize posted programs for accuracy and performance
Perform full machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes to ensure they meet specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders to determine machining processes

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of Mazatrol programming and machining experience
Hands-on experience with Mazak lathes in a job shop or precision environment
Strong blueprint reading and measuring tool skills
Ability to to lift 50 lbs. and stand for an entire shift
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and quality

The base salary range for this position is $30+, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
