System Implementation - Social Housing - inside IR35

A well-known homelessness charity is recruiting for a Systems Implementation contractor to support in implementing a new Social Housing system for them.

Working on a fractional basis for the charity, 2-3 times a week, you will be required to come to site in London as well as work from home to support in the discovery and implementation of a new social housing system for the charity.

You will have extensive social housing experience ideally having worked in a charity previously though you may have also come from a housing association or local authority.

You will be coming in to look at the procurement of the new system, moving to award then implementing. You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider teams in turning high level requirements into detailed design, conducting work shops also. If you have a background working in digital then this is advantageous but primarily you will have a strong social housing background with system implementation experience.

You will be someone who is keen to upskill others around you also and have knowledge of Revs and Compliance, Maintenance and Repairs, Asset Management and Social Housing.

There is a need to appoint someone into the role who is able to lean on prior experience, has strong stakeholder engagement skills and is able to bring their social housing expertise to the charity in order to ensure the system is implemented successfully - if this sounds like you - please apply today.
