Temporary AR/Collections Associate

Chantilly, VA

Salary: $22 - $23 / hour

Responsibilities:

Monitor accounts and follow up with customers on overdue invoices
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
Apply payments to customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Generate aging reports and track collection activities
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve issues
Maintain documentation of collection efforts
Prepare reports for management on AR status and trends

Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in AR or collections
Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts
