Project Manager Azure Cloud & Copilot Enablement

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the strategic enablement of Azure Public Cloud and Microsoft Copilot across the organization. This role is critical to driving digital transformation, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring successful adoption of AI-powered tools within a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Strategy

* Define and communicate the project vision, scope, and objectives aligned with business strategy.

* Serve as the primary internal stakeholder, liaising with the implementation supplier.
Project Governance & Reporting

* Establish governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and escalation paths.

* Lead SteerCo meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and ensure follow-up.

* Report project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
Supplier Management

* Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts and deliverables.

*Track supplier performance and facilitate issue resolution.
Project Planning & Execution

* Develop and manage detailed work plans and task assignments.

* Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.

* Oversee integration of Microsoft 365 services, Azure data platform components, and Copilot enablement.
Change Management & Adoption

* Collaborate with communications and training teams to drive change.

* Promote adoption of new technologies, especially Copilot, across business units.

* Monitor feedback and adjust strategies to improve user engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

* 7+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, ideally in banking or financial services.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and data privacy standards in finance.
* Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
* Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 enterprise tools and Azure Cloud data services.
* Proven experience managing third-party integrators and large-scale implementations.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and leadership skills.
* Experience in change management and driving adoption of AI tools like Copilot.
