Suffolk Refugee Support aims to ensure that all asylum seekers and refugees in Suffolk can live integrated, fulfilled and contributing lives in their new communities. We provide a welcoming environment where clients can access help, advice, support, and practical services in order to be healthy and safe and begin to rebuild their lives.

The Client Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for providing support and leadership to SRS in the development of its drive towards co-production as an organisation. This includes facilitating client involvement in the design, delivery, and evaluation of services, promoting opportunities within SRS for people with lived experience, and embedding inclusive approaches that reflect the diverse cultural backgrounds of our client community. We are looking for an outgoing, confident self-starter who is passionate about promoting client participation and co-production. You will have strong communication and facilitation skills, be able to build trusting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and demonstrate sensitivity to different cultural norms when seeking participation from varied communities. You will have a strong commitment to social justice, equality, and equity.

You will be required to have an enhanced DBS check to be carried out upon commencement of employment. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
