The Difference You Make:
The Commercial & Wholesale Operations team is responsible for managing the front-to-back trade life cycle events post execution. Working directly with the Front Office and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of quality service to our clients.
Working as a team to provide first class service to internal and external clients.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of trade lifecycles by interacting with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of Fixed Income, ALCO and Treasury products.
Cash and collateral management including support REPO, Public Funds, FHLB
Settlement of transactions through BONY, DTC, DTCC, FedWire and other industry standards
Margin calculation, maintenance and execution
Primary point of contact for Front Office
Data providers for stakeholders and various dependencies.
Risk mitigation thru reconciliations, trade matching, confirmations and first line of defense
Maintenance of static data and owners of systems and processes

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business or equivalent degree. - Required.
9+ Years Experience managing commercial relationships. - Required.
Knowledge of industry settlement platforms (BONY, Treasury Edge, Access Edge, DTCC, FedWire, DTC, SWIFT)
Knowledge of industry systems and platforms (TPG)
Ability to work independently within a team dynamic
Proficient on Microsoft tools: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
Ability to work with Excel, create macros, and automate workflows
Excellent organizational, management, communication and customer service skill
Exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving
Ability to manage deadlines and timely delivery
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
Knowledge of Banking Regulations and Standard Practices
Working knowledge in Commercial Banking
Ability to develop resolution to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Python programing language a plus
Fixed Income Operations experience at a major US bank.

What Else You Need To Know :
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Base Pay Range Minimum:
$84,375.00 USD
Maximum:
$135,000.00 USD
