On behalf of ICO, we are looking for a Project Manager Inside IR35 for a 6 months contract based REMOTELY.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a regulatory change initiative impacting the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), its stakeholders, and internal departments. This role will focus on managing changes to policy, processes, and ways of working across the organization.

This is not a technical project management role. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives in a regulatory context

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

Lead the delivery of a regulatory change project from initiation to completion.
Manage stakeholder relationships across internal departments and external partners.
Oversee changes to policies, operational processes, and working practices.
Ensure project milestones are met within agreed timelines and budget.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with regulatory change.
Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership

Essential:

Proven experience as project manager in policy and regulations.
Experience in managing dependencies.
Familiarity with project governance and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable:

Public sector experience
