SAP - ARIBA Consultant

You will be working on the implementation and integration of ARIBA with SAP S/4HANA, supporting my clients purchasing transformation. This involves aligning ARIBA with the procurement processes, coordinating between various business units and technical teams, and ensuring a smooth roll-out across different waves.

Key Responsibilities:

Define Target Processes: Collaborate with business teams to formalize purchasing workflows within ARIBA for various procurement categories.
Gap Analysis & Optimization: Identify functional gaps in ARIBA and propose improvements to align with target processes.
System Integration: Document and support the integration requirements between ARIBA and partner systems.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with the groups , SAP/ARIBA integrators, and third parties to address functional and technical issues.
Testing & Validation: Prepare test cases and coordinate execution with relevant teams to ensure solution integrity.
Training & Documentation: Support the creation of training materials if needed.
Go-Live & Hypercare: Provide post-deployment support and ensure stability during hypercare phases.

Required Skills:

Proven ARIBA implementation experience, especially with SAP S/4HANA integration.
Deep functional knowledge of ARIBA modules (e.g., Sourcing, Contracts, P2P).
Experience in defining procurement processes and solution design.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in French and English

This is a 6 month contract with extensions in 6 x month blocks. Hybrid working of 2 days at site required, based in Paris. The hourly rate via your limited company is approximatly €75 per hour.
