Part Time Senior Administrator - 6 MONTH FTC

We are looking for a Senior Administrator who will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the day-to-day activities of a high-impact programme. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Role Details

Position: Part Time Senior Administrator
Contract Length: 6 months fixed term
Location: Newbridge
Salary: £29,250 pro rata
Hours: 2/3 days a week (flexible on which days)

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and structuring programme rollout activities with the project team.
- Organise site arrangements as needed.
- Support procurement processes, including ordering equipment under the guidance of the Programme Manager.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings such as pre-start sessions and check-ins.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Manage meeting logistics, send invites, and prepare agendas.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them promptly.
- Contribute to review presentations by gathering data and designing visuals.
- Develop and maintain update presentations to track programme progress.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Compile reports and relevant documentation.
- Record and distribute notes from meetings, capturing key actions.
- Maintain organised filing systems for quotations and documents.
Operational Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager and team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is desirable.
