What You Will Do:

• Ensure the completion, accuracy, and application of contract management processes to maintain governance and compliance.• Provide vital support to the Contract Management Team and Imports & Exports Operations Department.• Prepare presentation packs and coordinate stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.• Collaborate with team members to monitor projects, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.• Create and maintain management information reporting using Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint, analysing trends and suggesting improvements.• Drive initiatives to enhance stakeholder experience and improve operational processes.

What You Will Bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of data analysis and reporting.• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.• A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on streamlining processes and delivering results.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.• A strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.

This Contract Analyst role is essential to ensuring the company maintains robust governance and compliance within its operations.
