Our Alameda, CA location currently has an opportunity for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Class A certification standards across regional operations. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain functions, as well as the ability to influence senior leadership and support local program managers in driving transformational change.

100% Onsite

Responsibilities:

Lead the understanding, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Class A certification standards across all regional sites.
Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Manufacturing, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions.
Serve as the primary liaison between regional sites, Chicago MM operations, and external Class A consultants.
Support and guide local Program Managers in managing the full scope of changes required to achieve and sustain Class A certification.
Oversee the budget and timeline for Class A implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Establish and lead regional benchmarking teams to promote best practice sharing and consistency across all locations.
Provide regular updates and communications on project status to AI Division leadership.
Deliver training and implementation support to all Class A program participants across Manufacturing, Affiliate, and Logistics teams.
Strategically plan and manage the use of external consultants to maximize value and minimize cost.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to support long-term sustainability of Class A standards.

Key Success Factors:

Supervisory experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of supply chain operations, manufacturing processes, and marketing functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Sciences, Engineering, or Humanities.
Proven project management track record, preferably in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with external consultants and managing large-scale change initiatives is a plus.
