Job Title: SAP Senior Supply Chain & Operations Technology Lead
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Waukesha, WI; preference for Midwest-based candidates)
Pay: $135/hr W2
Duration: Through end of calendar year (5 months, with potential to extend)

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain & Operations Technology Lead to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across supply chain, planning, logistics, and procurement systems. This is a high-impact contract role with a strong possibility for extension—ideal for professionals experienced in SAP ECC, SIOP platforms, and agile delivery methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–8+ years of experience in supply chain and operations technology roles
- Proven expertise in SAP ECC (especially in Supply Chain/Operations modules); experience with S/4HANA is a plus
- Hands-on knowledge of SIOP/IBP platforms (John Galt Atlas, SAP IBP, or similar)
- Familiarity with transportation and logistics systems (e.g., Blue Yonder TMS or equivalents)
- Experience integrating SAP Ariba in procurement environments
- Agile delivery experience with strong project ownership and stakeholder engagement
- Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and executing technology roadmaps
- Ability to lead, mentor, and operate within cross-functional Agile teams
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with WMS platforms such as SAP EWM or Manhattan WMS
- Background in manufacturing or distribution
- Certifications in SAP or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe)
- Based in the Midwest or within driving distance of Waukesha, WI for occasional onsite planning
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the SME and hands-on leader for all technology solutions across supply chain and operations
- Drive implementation, integration, and optimization of platforms like SAP ECC, John Galt Atlas, Blue Yonder TMS, and SAP Ariba
- Partner with procurement, logistics, and planning teams to align business needs with technology solutions
- Translate complex requirements into executable project plans within Agile teams
- Mentor analysts and developers to ensure quality execution and alignment with enterprise goals
- Deliver high-quality results on time, with measurable business impact
