Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and delivery-focused Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of the Cifas Vision project -a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing fraud detection and intelligence sharing across our security operations. This role will be pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing technical dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of a secure, scalable, and compliant solution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation review.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders (Security, IT, Legal, Compliance, Data Governance) and external partners (Cifas, vendors, integrators).
Technical Oversight: Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical feasibility, integration, and data security.
Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and resource forecasts.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure the solution aligns with regulatory, data protection, and internal security standards.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including the CSO and programme steering committees.
Change Management: Support training, communications, and adoption strategies across impacted teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience delivering complex technical projects, ideally in fraud prevention, security, or financial services.
Strong understanding of data integration, API management, and secure data handling.
Familiarity with Cifas or similar fraud intelligence platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications

PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification.
Background in cybersecurity, data analytics, or enterprise architecture.
Experience working with third-party vendors and managing SLAs
